Roger Mroczek is Master of Real Estate and the Built Environment Candidate focusing his studies on Development and Investment. He has domestic and international transaction experience with a REIT, Cushman & Wakefield (Warsaw, Chicago) and CBRE for clients such as USPS, General Electric (Latin America), Hines and ING and has achieved broad and targeted economic development goals as a Director with a Washington DC Business Improvement District (BID). This past summer he worked as a Development Associate at SWIRE Properties in Miami, Florida. In addition to his course work, this past Fall semester he worked with the SVP of Acquisitions at AKRIDGE, a top tier development firm in Washington, DC on several of their initiatives as an outside consultant. Roger is currently writing his final thesis on the feasibility of Poland as the next hub of Data Center Development in Emerging Europe. Besides Development and neighborhood creation, his interests include sustainability, real estate private equity and the evolution of the role of the Global Real Estate Advisor.
