Dave Eisenberg

Dave Eisenberg is a venture capitalist and entrepreneur who is currently a managing director at Zigg Capital, a venture capital firm that invests in early-stage startups in the real estate, construction and retail industries. Prior to founding Zigg Capital, Eisenberg was the CEO and co-founder of Floored, a technology company that was acquired by CBRE in 2017.

Before Floored, Eisenberg was an entrepreneur-in-residence at Accel Partners and an early employee of several other startups including Bonobos and TellApart. He started his career as a consultant for Bain & Company and has a B.A. from Harvard.

Ryan Johnson

Ryan Johnson is CEO and Co-founder of Culdesac Inc., which builds and manages walkable neighborhoods. Culdesac’s value proposition is convenient mobility options, a vibrant community, and high-quality open space.

Before founding Culdesac, Mr. Johnson was on the founding team of Opendoor, a real estate technology company that gives sellers a competitive cash offer on their homes. Opendoor is now in 42 markets, with over 100,000 customers served to date. Outside of Culdesac and Opendoor, Mr. Johnson has been involved in real estate for two decades through his investments.

Roman Pedan

Roman Pedan is the Chief Executive Officer of Kasa Living, Inc., a flexible accommodations brand he founded in 2016.

Roman has over a decade of experience in real estate investing and technology entrepreneurship. He was an early team member at KKR's Real Estate Private Equity group where he worked on hotel transactions totaling $1.2 billion across the U.S. and was involved in every hotel transaction that KKR closed during his tenure. Roman was also an early team member at Juniper Square, a market-leading investment management platform, and founded a startup called book.ly, a profitable, vertical e-commerce website that sold more than $15mm of textbooks.
